Quality Policy

  • We work in teams with our customers. In all customer relations, the organization of both parties shall be obvious. The roles of business manager, project manager and technical manager on both sides, respectively, shall be made completely clear, and the relation between the roles on each side, respectively, shall be open and efficient as well as focused on possibilities and problem solving.
  • We are explicit. All projects shall be preceded by a kick-off meeting where Tritech and the customer specify together what is the "right" result (i.e. purpose, objective, requirements and solution), time and cost as well as how to execute the project. The result of this meeting shall be documented in specifications, plans and agreements as well as supported and approved by both organizations.
  • We do follow-ups and report. When executing the project all activities, results and decisions shall have a visible traceability to the initial kick-off meeting. The traceability is accomplished, for example, through our project managers continuously putting together internal and external project reports, and that minutes are kept of project and executive team meetings and signed by the customer and Tritech.
  • We verify the project results on a regular basis. All delivered objects from our projects shall be verified at a suitable time using relevant methods such as review, simulation, tests etc. The verification shall be documented. Project related documents shall, after verification, be approved and signed by the customer.
  • We are open and honest. Established or suspected divergences from the specifications and plans shall immediately be reported to the customer stating cause, consequence and recommended measures. The executive team makes the decision regarding measures.
  • We are dynamic. The prerequisites of projects and products may change, and our way of working shall manage this effectively. In order to achieve visibility and traceability, all project changes shall be documented explicitly stating the effect on time and costs as well as approved in writing by the customer before execution. All decisions regarding changes are made by the executive team.
  • We evolve. Once the project has been completed, the customer and Tritech make a joint evaluation of the execution of the project and leave suggestions for future improvements. The plan that is outlined for each individual project shall explicitly state how the above policy shall be implemented!
